Install is a couple of hours, not hundreds of dollars
I own 6 total mini-split units. All of the others I had to pay a licensed HVAC person to install them costing an additional $350-600 per unit. This Unit I installed by myself in just a couple of hours and it was up and running and cooling my shop.
